Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an order is placed with an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or incorrect information, and the package is delivered to that address or cannot be retrieved, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.
